got a HP Pavilion w/Athlon 1ghz with 512MB ram, nvidia tnt2...no problems with xp at all...did you do a clean install or upgrade? if upgrade, Beta 2 ran fine (actually: awesome) on both of the PCs i am testing XP with, but with RC1 the graphics performance has gotten almost unusable. this has not changed
